U Model Box Type Double Girder Gantry Crane

U type Gantry crane is a special design of double girder gantry crane. It always applied to general materials handling service in outdoor freight yard or along railway lines, such as loading, unloading , lifting and transferring work.Usually, according to its shape, gantry crane can be divided into A type gantry crane and U type gantry crane. As it's shape is like the letter" U" , so it always called U type gantry crane.

U-type gantry crane is used in open freight yards and along railway operations, because the large leg space, it is suitable for lifting large volumes of goods, and also can lift containers; its gantry frame is similar with container gantry.

If handling large volumes of goods, or the goods can horizontally and vertically lifting through the gantry crane one side legs, U-type gantry crane give more space during lifting.

Features of U Type Gantry Crane

1. The design and manufacturing of the double beam gantry crane(U-type) is in accordance with the International and Chinese standard.

2. The work duty of the double beam gantry crane(U-type) is A5 for customer's need.

3. The operation way can be choice: cabin control, crane remote control or pendant control on the ground.

4. The main beam of the double beam gantry crane(U-type) is box-shape.

5. The span and lift height of the double beam gantry crane(U-type) should be designed by the users' requirements.

6. Working temperature is -25°C to 40°C.

Product Structure

Wheel: the wheels of crane crab, main beam and end carriage are produced in special vacuum casting workshop which can makes wheels more elastic and outer surface hard-wearing and durable.

Electric winch travel: the trolley assembled with crane motor, reducer crane brake, trolley frame,drum hook, pulley, rain cover and other parts. It includes lifting mechanism cross traveling mechanism.

Beam:main beam will be have sandblast derusting and painted with zinc rich epoxy primer; it is cut by plasma numerical control cutting machine; the butt weld of tension flange shall undergo ultrasonic or x-ray flaw detection as specified.

Outrigger: consist of rigid outrigger and flexible outrigger, all connection points are connected by high-tension bolt. The ladder is used by operator to enter into cab or arrive at winch
