Intended Use

Used in the steps of nucleic acid extraction, enrichment and purification. The treated product is used for clinical in vitro detection.

The principle

The reagent adopts magnetic beads and buffer system with unique separation function, and can separate and purify high-quality DNA and RNA from clinical serum, plasma, swab, urine, feces and blister fluid samples. Magnetic beads coated with special silica gel have strong affinity for nucleic acid under certain conditions, but do not adsorb other components in blood. When the conditions change, the magnetic beads release the adsorbed nucleic acid, thus achieving the purpose of rapid separation and purification of nucleic acid. The extracted DNA and RNA have high yield, high purity and stable quality.

The nuclei acid extracted and purified by the reagent can be used for various conventional experiments, including reverse transcription, PCR, real-time fluorescence quantitative PCR, and other downstream experiments.
